Straker Translations Limited Prospectus & Bailador Shareholder Priority Offer
Bailador portfolio company, Straker Translations Limited (Straker), has lodged a prospectus with ASIC in relation to its initial public offering and listing on the ASX.
As stated in the Prospectus, registered shareholders of Bailador as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 1 October 2018 will be given an opportunity to participate in a Priority Offer on the terms stated in the Prospectus.
