Bailador Releases Annual Report
Sydney, Australia - Bailador has issued its Annual Report today along with an invitation to shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting on 10 November 2015.
The Annual Report is the first issued by Bailador since listing on the ASX in November 2014.
In their letter to shareholders, Bailador founders, David Kirk and Paul Wilson praised each of the Bailador portfolio companies saying “the real stars of the show are the founders of the businesses we invest in".
David and Paul also provided shareholders valuable insight to how Bailador differs from traditional ASX LICs and the bespoke terms Bailador is able to negotiate with its portfolio investments saying “almost all of the bespoke terms we negotiate are aimed at reducing the risk associated with equity investing while maximising our access to upside”.
