Bailador Co-founders purchase additional BTI shares
Co-founders of Bailador Investment Management, David Kirk and Paul Wilson, lodged a Change of Interest notice with the ASX on Friday, indicating that an additional 50,000 shares in Bailador Technology Investments (BTI.AX) had been purchased through the ASX.
“Acquiring additional BTI shares reflects my view that the investment portfolio represents tremendous value” Paul Wilson commented. Seconding this sentiment, David Kirk stated “The clearest way to communicate our view of the portfolio prospects to shareholders is through our actions, and the clearest action is to acquire further shares in BTI.”
The latest purchase of shares brings David and Paul’s respective shareholding to 4,199,139 and 1,488,897 shares (David and Paul hold a further 4,174,139 and 1,463,897 options respectively).
