Bailador portfolio company DocsCorp has announced it has successfully closed unrelated deals with two of the 'big four' global accounting firms that total over 150,000 new users.
compareDocs for document comparison and cleanDocs for metadata removal will be used by their tax, legal services, and compliance teams globally. Specific terms of the sales are confidential.
The deals, which are two of the largest in the company's history, are the result of extensive product testing and pilot programs. DocsCorp developers worked with internal teams at each firm to build the applications into their existing systems.
Dean Sappey, DocsCorp President and Co-Founder, said both deals show the company's broad reach within the wider IT community. "DocsCorp has a long history of providing document solutions to more than a thousand accounting firms worldwide "Continuing to educate organizations about compliance issues and the importance of document comparison and metadata removal tools for all users remains a top priority for us."
"These deals cap off another stellar year for DocsCorp with an impressive 20% growth in top line revenues on last year, and on top of similar growth rates over the last two years. DocsCorp remains privately owned and profitable, which is a real achievement in the IT world," he concluded.
