Jolanta Masojada joins Bailador board

Bailador is pleased to announce the appointment of Jolanta Masojada as an independent non-executive director of the Company, effective 5 September 2018.
Commenting on the appointment, Chairman David Kirk said: “We are delighted that Jolanta has agreed to join the board. She brings highly relevant company analysis and valuation capability and has founded and built a very successful investor communications business.”
Concurrently, Mr Heith Mackay-Cruise has announced his retirement from the Board effective from 18 September 2018.
David Kirk said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Heith for his contribution to BTI since its inception in 2014. Heith has been a strongly engaged and thoughtful contributor to the board and we wish him well in all his future endeavours.”

She has more than 25 years’ experience in financial markets and equity research in the media and technology sectors in Australia and the US.
