Japanese companies need good, complete financials in the English language, all done fast and accurately, in part to meet regulatory requirements and in part to meet the demands of international investors.
Until now, doing all that has not really been possible. Companies have been able to produce the numbers on time and to spec. Where they have fallen short is in offering an English-language version of their complete financials, with all the extra detail that investors demand.
Auckland, New Zealand’s Straker thinks it has the answer. The company believes that its SwiftBridge AI offering, which uses small language models and an overlay of human checking, can accurately, effectively and quickly translate the documents for Japanese companies language-ready for international investors.
