Straker FY26 Annual Results

Straker Limited (ASX:STG) announced its FY2026 full-year results on 31 August 2026.

The results were released following a delay related to the investigation into fraudulent transactions at its U.S. subsidiary.

The company reported revenue of NZ$38.77 million (down from NZ$45.0 million in FY2025) and adjusted EBITDA of NZ$0.94m. Straker’s shares, which had been suspended pending release of the FY26 results have been re-opened to trading.
