We just wrapped our largest volunteer program to date - and the numbers still don't feel real.
More than 1 million registered volunteers. Over 1 million volunteer hours completed. More than 1.5 million emails sent. Over 620,000 assessments completed. And more than 220,000 shifts filled. Volunteers from 26 countries came together as part of a single program, demonstrating that the world's largest volunteer programs are becoming increasingly global, connected and complex.
But the stat we're really proud of? More than 148K volunteers used our new Volunteer Messaging feature, sending over 208K messages across 800+ channels, automatically synced with the right groups, so the right volunteers got the right information at the right time.
