PropHero is the exclusive sales agent for Samsara IV, a 73-unit new-build development with parking in Almussafes (Ribera Baixa), with entry prices just above €100,000 and apartments starting from €127,000. The project features shared amenities including a swimming pool, sun terrace, sports area and children’s playground, plus aerothermal heating and a thermoacoustic facade for high energy efficiency.
