Foodbank Victoria selects Rosterfy to future-proof and scale its growing volunteer program
Foodbank Victoria, the state’s largest food relief organisation, has selected Rosterfy as its volunteer management platform, marking a significant investment in the future growth, sustainability and effectiveness of its volunteer program.
The partnership comes at a pivotal time for the organisation. In the past 12 months alone, Foodbank Victoria distributed more than 26.2 million meals, providing food relief to 76,000 Victorians every day. Behind this impact is a dedicated volunteer workforce that continues to grow in both size and complexity.
Building a volunteer program for the future
Over the past three years, Foodbank Victoria’s volunteer workforce has grown from approximately 80 volunteers to more than 550 active volunteers operating across five locations.
With volunteer numbers growing rapidly and operations becoming increasingly complex, Foodbank Victoria made the decision to transition to a more scalable and future-ready volunteer management platform designed to support its next phase of growth.
Following an extensive review process, Foodbank Victoria selected Rosterfy as the platform best positioned to support its long-term volunteer strategy.
