The ASX-listed Bailador Technology Investments (BTI), backed by Mr Kirk and Mr Wilson, is the lead investor in a $3m funding round for Stackla alongside Stackla chairman Tony Faure and Melbourne venture capital fund Rampersand.

Mr Faure is the former managing director of Yahoo in Australia and New Zealand and the former CEO of ninemsn and Private Media.

It is the second fund raising for Stackla in the space of nine months after last November accepting $2 million from Rampersand and Mr Faure as well as Kikki K chairman Sam Mackay, Australian Independent Business Media co-founder Alan Kohler and Asia Pacific Growth Management partner Grant McCarthy.

Stackla’s software scours social networking sites, collects all the positive tweets and posts relating to its clients and then collates them for clients to use them for online marketing.
